Proactivity and organization Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems is desirable; * Proactive, organized, and capable of effective planning; * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Prior customer service experience; * Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or International Trade is considered a plus.
