Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to join our Drops Porto Alegre unit, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas and changing linens. If you are dedicated and proactive, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.655,00 \+ Hazard Pay 40% \+ Tip Allowance 2% \| Fol \+ R$ 100 \*Meal Voucher (after 3 months):\* R$ 200.00 \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 300.00 \*Immediate Attendance Meal Bonus:\* R$ 130 \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
