Job Summary:
Professional to assist directors and executives in organizing daily routines, managing schedules, preparing documents, and organizing corporate events.
Key Highlights:
1. Director-level advisory experience is mandatory.
2. Full management of directors’ and executives’ daily routines.
3. Comprehensive support across various administrative areas.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), preferably advanced.
Experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant.
Knowledge of Accounting.
Will assist directors and executives in organizing daily routines. Manage and control schedules and appointments, including travel and meetings. Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Organize corporate events, receptions, and facilitate internal and external communication. Answer and route phone calls, greet clients, and provide administrative support. Create and maintain up-to-date databases and filing systems. Monitor deadlines, pending tasks, expenses, purchases, and various resources. Manage headquarters and branch expenses in coordination with the Accounting department. Support HR. Issue invoices and RPS (Service Provision Receipts).
Initial remuneration: R$ 2.500,00
