Job Summary: An IT professional focused on hardware and software maintenance, user support, and IT inventory management, with knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Key Highlights: 1. Computer and laptop maintenance (diagnosis, formatting, installation) 2. User support (in-person and remote assistance) 3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 * Computer and laptop maintenance (hardware and software diagnosis, system formatting and installation). * User support (in-person and remote assistance, ticket logging and tracking). * Basic knowledge of **Active Directory** (user creation and management, password resets, basic groups and permissions). * Knowledge of **Microsoft 365** (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Familiarity with **Microsoft Azure**, particularly basic identity concepts and hybrid environments. * IT equipment inventory control (laptops, desktops, and peripherals).
