




Job Summary: You will support HR processes, ranging from recruitment and selection to onboarding, HR administration, training, and employee development. Key Highlights: 1. Support in HR department routines and development * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication; * Assist with **employee onboarding**, document organization, and physical and digital file management; * Provide support for **HR administration** routines, such as attendance tracking, benefits administration, and leave monitoring; * Support **training, onboarding, and employee development** initiatives; * Assist in preparing HR reports, spreadsheets, and metrics; * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes; * Support compliance with internal policies, company guidelines, and legal requirements.
