




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide technical support to customers using the Omnichannel software; resolve network infrastructure issues; diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents; conduct on-site visits to customers when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support role. Intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony, especially Asterisk: SIP trunk configuration, Vox, etc. Intermediate knowledge of Linux or networking.
