Job Summary: Professional responsible for user support, equipment installation and configuration, computer maintenance, and system and network support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and user assistance 2. Hardware and software maintenance 3. Network configuration and support Provide user support; Install and configure computers, printers, and other equipment; Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on computers; Update systems and software; Verify network functionality and internet connectivity; Assist with network configuration (cables, routers, access points).
