




Job Summary: Comprehensive commercial support, including multichannel customer service, customer registration, quotation preparation, proposal handling, freight tracking, and after-sales support. Key Highlights: 1. Initial customer service via WhatsApp, email, and telephone 2. Customer information registration and organization for quotation purposes 3. Monitoring and negotiation of commercial proposals Provide support to the sales department while maintaining communication with other departments within the company. * Initial customer service by responding to WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls, and directing customer requests to the responsible personnel. * Customer and opportunity registration, organizing information for quotation purposes. * Multichannel customer service: telephone, WhatsApp, E\-mail, and other communication channels. * Registration, completion of commercial proposals, and monitoring of opportunities/tenders on portals. * Support for quotations through freight research and negotiation with carriers. * Monitoring and negotiation of commercial proposals for standard and lower-value products for closing deals. * After\-sales monitoring until product delivery to the customer, and in case of any complaints. * Participation in trade fairs and commercial events.
