




Job Summary: Generalist HR and Personnel Department professional to provide support to employees, handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll, and benefits management. Key Highlights: 1. Benefits administration and organizational development Porto Alegre \- RS R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 2\.800,00 (Gross monthly) On-site Yesterday Main Responsibilities: Provide employee support, addressing HR and Personnel Department requests; Conduct recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, scheduling, and interviews); Support onboarding, termination, vacation, and contractual changes; Manage electronic timekeeping, working hours, shift schedules, and time banks; Support payroll processing, including data verification and entry; Support training programs, onboarding activities, and development initiatives; Administer benefits and manage leave records; Prepare and organize documents (contracts, addendums, and manuals); Maintain organized filing systems and update departmental metrics; Support employee engagement, organizational climate initiatives, and internal events. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; Knowledge of Personnel Department routines and labor legislation; Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field; Intermediate Office package proficiency (Excel) and familiarity with HR systems.
