Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Commercial Assistant passionate about sales to work on prospecting, after-sales, digital marketing, and reception at Clínica Huk. About the Position: We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and sales-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Assistant. If you have experience in customer prospecting, after-sales, digital marketing, and customer service, this is your chance to make a difference at Clínica Huk! Responsibilities: Customer Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers, present clinic services, and seek new business opportunities. After-Sales: Maintain contact with customers after procedures to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, providing support and follow-up. Digital Marketing: Assist in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, such as social media posts and other online initiatives. Reception: Occasionally attend to and receive customers, schedule appointments, and update medical records. Requirements: Completed high school education. Experience in sales and/or customer service. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. Friendliness and empathy in customer interactions. Advantages: Experience in clinics or medical offices. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
