Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** * A proactive, committed individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our Technical Support team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Guiding users in backing up their data and subsequently locating the backup; * Formatting and installing Linux/Arlequim “on-site” or, when possible, formatting machines in the lab; * Disassembling the current machine and assembling the Thin Client at the user’s desk (“small box”, monitors); * Guiding users to connect to Arlequim, reset their password (Server Portal), and access the Municipal Government systems; * Verifying whether the logon script runs correctly and maps directories; * Installing and activating the Office license key; * Installing or configuring other individual-use applications not included in the standard image (digital signature token, printers, cameras, etc.); * Providing usage instructions, explaining the benefits of Arlequim to users, the SAG CTA Portal (manuals), and the incident reporting process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of network troubleshooting, microcomputing, software and hardware, Service Desk tools, operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with smartphones/mobile devices. **Preferred qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology. **Working Hours** * ****Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. * Work model: 100% on-site. * Temporary project lasting 3 to 5 months; * Work location: Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul\-RS. **NOTE:** Hey!
