Focus on building a qualified inventory with high negotiation potential. **Job Description** --------------------- We are looking for a **Semi-New Vehicle Appraiser** to work in Porto Alegre and play a strategic role in our business. This professional will be essential in strengthening the **acquisition and evaluation process of used vehicles**, directly impacting the **increase in sales of brand-new vehicles** and the supply of **IESAshop** units with high-quality cars offering excellent negotiation margins. Here, your work delivers tangible results and makes a real difference in unit performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- ✔ Conduct **physical and online evaluations** of semi-new vehicles, ensuring technical accuracy and process efficiency. ✔ Collaborate with the **sales team**, taking responsibility for the **strategic pricing** of vehicles involved in brand-new vehicle negotiations and those sold by **IESAshop (retail)**. ✔ Focus entirely on the **acquisition of used vehicles**, directly contributing to sales growth and the formation of a **qualified inventory**, composed of vehicles with excellent provenance and high negotiation potential. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ ✔ **Completed high school education** (a college degree is considered an advantage). ✔ Valid **Brazilian driver’s license, Category B** – an essential requirement for this position. ✔ Proficiency in **basic Microsoft Office suite**, with ease in handling digital tools. ✔ Experience using **CRM systems**, ensuring organization, efficiency, and effective process tracking. ✔ Experience providing **internal support services**, with a focus on problem resolution, organization, and teamwork. ✔ Familiarity with **Canva**, to assist with simple daily visual materials and requests.
