Job Summary: A nursing professional responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting medical staff, and maintaining unit organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of unit organization **Job Description:** Receive and hand over shift reports with the unit's nursing team; Admit and orient patients and their families; Report to the unit nurse any observations regarding changes in the patient's general condition; Provide nursing care to patients according to the established plan, including hygiene, comfort, and safety measures; Document performed activities; Assist physicians and nurses in patient care; Collect specimens for laboratory tests; Perform electrocardiograms; Ensure maintenance, cleaning, and organization of unit facilities; Assist in cleaning unit surfaces, keeping them clean and organized; Clean equipment according to unit routine before sending it to the Central Material Supply Department (CME) and arrange for replacement; Replace solutions and their respective bottles according to unit routine; Participate in post-mortem procedures; Carry out routine tasks related to patient discharge; Actively contribute to achieving the Action Plans' goals within their area; Attend monthly team meetings; Participate in professional training sessions; U **Requirements:** Technical high school diploma in nursing; Experience in Emergency Care is a plus.
