Keep going to learn more about this position! \>Responsibilities: * Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., station downtime, maintenance SLA, NPS, stockouts) and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement plans. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the bicycle fleet to a high quality standard. * Ensure proper functioning of stations. * Manage logistics, field operations, station operations, fleet management, and BPVC processes. * Monitor and optimize inventory management, parts picking, and distribution. * Support implementation of standardized processes, policies, and routines, ensuring adherence to operational procedures. * Support coordination in strategic decision-making by proposing continuous improvements. * Act decisively to resolve process failures, operational bottlenecks, and team conflicts. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours to ensure efficient operational coverage. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team, ensuring application of HR policies and procedures under Management’s responsibility. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours to ensure efficient operational coverage. \>Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. \>Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in field operations. * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and proficiency in KPI management. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Brazilian driver's license (Category B). \>Why join us: Every day, we strive to inspire and make it easy for thousands of people to change their daily routines and the cities they live in.
