Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter the call status, conversation summary with the delinquent customer, and debt payment arrangement into the system; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer's registration data; * Execute customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on research websites. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or tele-service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Computer Skills); * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM\.
