Job Responsibilities and Duties: * Monitor the shift team daily, tracking workload demands and assigning tasks among shift schedulers. * Provide support in resolving incidents, as well as responding to internal and external emails. * Contact service-providing companies. Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Experience in shift scheduling within home care services * Proficiency in the IW system * Customer service experience preferred * Experience in developing and analyzing performance indicators preferred Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree
