Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Analyst to work with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a committed professional with strong analytical ability and responsibility in fulfilling processes and legal requirements. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Salary:** BRL 3,600.00 + hazard pay (20% of the minimum wage). **Benefits:** medical assistance, dental assistance, meal/food allowance, group life insurance, transportation allowance, attendance bonus, and production target bonuses. **Main Responsibilities:** * File and appropriately track processes in the electronic systems of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Sipeagro, SEI, and Athena); * Monitor deadlines for renewal of the company’s legal documents; * Maintain product records and registrations in compliance with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply; * Prepare processes for registration and/or registration of new products, registration renewals, post-registration changes, product registration updates, and pilot batch notifications; * Review and approve product graphic materials for regulatory compliance; * Prepare regulatory dossiers for registration/registration of new products; * Support the preparation of regulatory dossiers for registration/registration of new products in other countries, as required by the Foreign Trade department. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine, currently enrolled or completed.
