




Job Summary: Nutrition professional responsible for implementing programs and services, developing nutritional plans, monitoring patients, and executing health initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Create and implement health initiatives in the field of nutrition **Responsibilities** • Contribute to the implementation of programs and services related to the area of expertise; • Develop and provide nutritional plans for patients and guide them on proper usage; • Monitor each patient's nutritional risk score and define follow-up frequency; • Record consultations in the patient's medical record (PEP System); • Input, monitor, and evaluate clinical care indicators; • Participate in clinical, departmental, and technical meetings; • Research emerging trends and new technologies in the field; • Create and implement nutrition-related health initiatives for partner companies; • Develop and/or revise nutrition tips in collaboration with other cooperative departments. **Required Knowledge** Microsoft Office 365; Familiarity with healthcare equipment; Experience in a hospital environment.
