




Job Summary: Culinary professional responsible for various culinary preparations, buffet organization, and ensuring food hygiene in a school restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure food safety and hygiene and supervise dish presentation RESTAURANT IS SEEKING: COOK RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform culinary preparations; assist in assembling snacks and meals; prepare side dishes and salads; blanch vegetables; possess knowledge of cutting techniques. Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requested servings; use griddles to grill proteins and fryers for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation and buffet organization and assembly; ensure food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties pertinent to the position. SALARY: R$ 2.324,00 INCLUDING HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE BENEFITS: transportation allowance, medical plan, dental plan SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
