Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter call status, conversation summary with the delinquent customer, and debt payment arrangements into the system; * Confirm and update registration data of delinquent customers; * Perform customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct online searches. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone customer service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Computer Skills); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM\.
