Join our Network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Handle and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter call status, conversation summary with the delinquent customer, and debt payment arrangement into the system; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer's registration data; * Perform customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on search engines. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or tele-service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Computer Skills).
