Collaborative environment and team management **Position: Sushiaki Franchise Store Coordinator** **Location:** Porto Alegre and Metropolitan Region **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract **Salary:** BRL 2,500.00 to BRL 3,500.00 (based on experience) + transportation allowance. **About Sushiaki** **Sushiaki** is a franchise network specializing in Japanese cuisine, operating in the market for over 10 years. We are looking for a **Store Coordinator** to directly support and develop franchise units, ensuring compliance with operational standards, improvement of performance metrics, and strengthening of teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor operations across franchise stores; * Conduct periodic visits to units to ensure adherence to brand standards; * Develop, monitor, and guide store managers and leadership teams; * Monitor performance indicators (sales, COGS, waste, productivity, average transaction value, costs, and customer satisfaction); * Develop and track action plans to improve results; * Ensure proper execution of operational processes, food safety, and quality control; * Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of teams; * Resolve conflicts and assist franchisees in people management; * Oversee inventories, audits, and operational controls; * Support new unit openings and implementation of processes; * Operate hands-on when necessary—e.g., during manager vacations, absences, or transitions. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Managerial Processes, Gastronomy, or related fields; * Proven experience in coordination, supervision, or operations management within food service, restaurants, or franchises; * Experience leading teams and managing by KPIs; * Knowledge of cost control, COGS, inventory, and operational management; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to develop people; * Willingness to travel frequently between units; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Personal vehicle (car) is considered a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in franchise networks; * Knowledge of Japanese cuisine; * Experience conducting operational audits; * Familiarity with restaurant management systems. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Performance-based bonuses; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food voucher; * Professional development program; * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities within an expanding franchise network. **Working Hours** * Rotating schedule (6 days on / 1 day off); * Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs; * Flexible hours aligned with unit demands. **Join Sushiaki!** If you enjoy challenges, possess leadership qualities, are passionate about people, and seek professional growth within an expanding company, we want to meet you!
