Job Summary: Assist in operational activities of the uniform manufacturing production process, ensuring organization, quality, adherence to deadlines, and support to teams. Key Highlights: 1. Following technical instructions and maintaining equipment and tools **Job Mission** ------------------- Assist in operational activities of the uniform manufacturing production process, ensuring organization, quality, adherence to deadlines, and support to cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, and shipping teams. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Assist in sorting and preparing materials (fabrics, trims, and supplies). * Support the cutting, sewing, printing, DTF, embroidery, and finishing departments. * Perform basic garment inspection according to quality standards. * Pack, label, and organize finished products. * Assist in organizing and cleaning the production area. * Follow technical and operational instructions from supervisors. * Meet established production deadlines. * Maintain work equipment and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
