Opportunity for growth We are hiring a **Junior Maintenance Assistant** to work in **Novo Hamburgo/RS**. If you are beginning your professional journey, have a **strong desire to learn**, are **detail-oriented**, **dedicated**, and enjoy hands-on tasks, this may be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a technical and organized environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in assembling and disassembling optical and mechanical components of endoscopes; * Perform technical cleaning of small, delicate parts using magnifying glasses, microscopes, and other visual aids; * Carry out simple component bonding according to defined procedures; * Support basic alignment of optical and mechanical components using specific equipment; * Assist in functional and leak-tightness (leak testing) tests; * Visually inspect components and assemblies, identifying scratches, dirt, or visible defects; * Verify and organize parts, components, and process supplies; * Complete simple production and maintenance records; * Maintain workstation and laboratory organization following 5S practices; * Strictly adhere to internal quality, safety, and operational procedure standards; * Support more experienced colleagues and perform other duties compatible with the role as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good motor coordination and manual dexterity; * Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with quality; * Ability to quickly learn procedures and follow instructions; * Organized, responsible, committed, and able to work effectively in a team; * **Easy access to Novo Hamburgo/RS.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in production, assembly, laboratories, industry, or manual tasks; * Experience with meticulous work (e.g., assembly, sewing, watchmaking, electronics, laboratory work); * Experience in process- and standard-driven environments. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Opportunity for growth.
