Job Summary: Professional to perform planning, control, and operational support for contracts; team mobilization; procurement management; and leadership of construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Oil & Gas maintenance planning and control 2. Knowledge of SAP R3, Primavera P6, and MS Project 3. Leadership of construction projects * Preparation and control of purchase requisitions for spot contracts; * Mobilization of teams for spot contracts, including logistics for material and labor transportation; * Operational support for spot contracts regarding logistics, purchase requisitions, extraordinary (delegated) hiring, and field monitoring during execution; * Monitoring, technical support, and control of purchase requisitions generated by fixed-term contracts; * Entry of invoices into the system and issuance of purchase orders (PO); * Supervision of activities under spot contracts, when necessary; * Client interface for service delivery and planning of mobilization processes for spot contracts; * Operational support for fixed-term contracts to generate supporting documentation for issuing measurement bulletins (BM’s); construction of the warehouse); * Leadership of construction activities for the Canaã dos Carajás warehouse (licenses, service contracting, and warehouse construction); * Preparation and control of purchase requisitions for spot contracts; * Mobilization of teams for spot contracts, including logistics for material and labor transportation; * Operational support for spot contracts regarding logistics, purchase requisitions, extraordinary (delegated) hiring, and field monitoring during execution; * Monitoring, technical support, and control of purchase requisitions generated by fixed-term contracts; * Entry of invoices into the system and issuance of purchase orders (PO); * Supervision of activities under spot contracts, when necessary; * Client interface for service delivery and planning of mobilization processes for spot contracts; * Operational support for fixed-term contracts to generate supporting documentation for issuing measurement bulletins (BM’s); * Leadership of construction activities for the Canaã dos Carajás warehouse (licenses, service contracting, and warehouse construction); * **Requirements:** * Experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling equipment maintenance activities in Oil & Gas; * Knowledge of planning tools: MS Office, SAP R3 (maintenance order planning and material follow-up), Primavera P6, and MS Project; * Preparation of technical reports with analyses, insights, and recommendations; * Tracking of targets, identification of deviations, cross-functional collaboration, and proposal of process improvements; * **Education:** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in planning maintenance shutdowns; * Proficiency in KPI management; * Experience developing standard task lists for maintenance activities in SAP/R3; * Experience maintaining tanks in Oil & Gas facilities; * Residency in the Greater Porto Alegre region; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$6.768,30 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
