If you’re agile and passionate about customer service as an expert, this opportunity could be yours! **Your responsibilities will include:** Assisting customers facing emergencies during travel. Calling suppliers both inside and outside Brazil to coordinate necessary support. Contacting hotels. Escalating support requests to the operator’s internal air department team. Contacting local receptive service companies. Handling post-travel support received via email and the website reclame.aqui. **What we expect from you:** Empathy when interacting with customers.
