Supports continuous improvement of transportation processes We are seeking a **CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT** to join our team at the Nova Santa Rita unit. If you are communicative, results-oriented, and enjoy working with targets and customer relationships, this opportunity is for you! * Manages operational control and communicates with drivers, branches, and customers, directly contributing * to logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Conducts real-time cargo tracking activities using fleet tracking and management systems. * Provides telephone and electronic support to customers and internal departments, reporting delivery status, incidents, and operational deviations. * Ensures information recorded in systems is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. * Assists in identifying operational failures and recording incidents, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of transportation processes. * Works collaboratively with monitoring, customer service, and logistics teams, maintaining the company's defined standards of quality, safety, and agility. Requirements: * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education: * Completed High School. Work Location: Nova Santa Rita – RS Candidates from Nova Santa Rita and Canoas are preferred.
