We seek a professional to strengthen our Relationship team, responsible for executing intermediate-complexity operational processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute all operational movements related to insurable and/or non-insurable benefits (enrollment, removal, modification, upgrade, and/or extension plans) using insurers’ and/or operators’ portals and/or systems to ensure correct processing. * Process billing kit cancellation using insurers’ and/or operators’ portals and/or systems to enable organized and secure delivery to the client. * Verify invoices by reviewing all data and/or information contained in the Billing Kit files to ensure all executed movements have been correctly processed. * Review all received documents by identifying contradictory data and/or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers and documents, and outdated information, to safeguard against issues that may harm the business and/or client. * Maintain a record of all executed movements by entering required data and/or information to ensure effective tracking of performed actions. * Provide empathetic customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, delivering clarifications and/or necessary information regarding billing and/or cost allocation processes. * Evaluate dependents reaching legal age (Monthly Report in billing and Insurers’ Registration Status), analyzing reports issued by operators and/or insurers to process removals due to age limit (legal age). * Identify improvement opportunities by mapping activities during process execution, applying procedures and workflows, to propose actions enabling continuous improvement in operational performance. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as needed or required by the area, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * Experience in the insurance sector involving operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products. * Client-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical ability, and resilience. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Join the MDS Team!** MDS is one of the country’s leading insurance brokerage firms specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
