Dynamic performance focused on information organization and quality The primary priority of this position is to serve and support the sales team, ensuring prompt responses, organized task management, and high-quality information to enable smooth order processing. Operational routine focused on order verification, customer registration, information control, and coordination with logistics and billing departments, ensuring process standardization and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support to the Sales Team * Information Standardization and Quality * Serve as the main contact point between the sales team and departments such as inventory, logistics, billing, finance, and administrative management. * Order Tracking * Operational Support for Technical Products and Services * Organization of Commercial Information * Support to Commercial Management * Customer Service: conduct telephone support and receive external requests * Control and Handling of Commercial Materials **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Initiative and proactivity; * Commitment and organizational skills; * Dynamism; * Clear and concise communication; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Must reside in Porto Alegre or its metropolitan area; * Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
