




Job Summary: Assist in the development and control of vessel maintenance planning, managing spreadsheets, work orders, and technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support the monitoring of vessel maintenance indicators and certifications. 2. Assist in inventory control of spare parts and service scheduling. 3. Desired technical education in Mechanics or related fields. * Assist in developing and controlling the **preventive and corrective maintenance planning for vessels**. * Control and update **maintenance spreadsheets, systems, and records**. * Monitor **work orders**, verifying deadlines, execution, and closure. * Support the monitoring of **maintenance indicators** (availability, maintenance hours, delays, etc.). * Organize and archive **technical documentation and maintenance histories** for vessels and equipment. * Assist in controlling **inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials**. * Request quotations and support scheduling purchases of parts and services. * Support the monitoring of **vessel mandatory certifications, inspections, and surveys**. * Prepare maintenance progress reports for supervision/management. * Support the maintenance team in scheduling services at shipyards or technical shutdowns. Requirements: Technical education in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory); Familiarity with administrative processes and maintenance control; Prior experience in industrial, naval, or offshore environments is desirable.
