Responsibilities: * Participate in collection planning according to fashion trends and market demands; * Manage inventory turnover and sales performance for each product by analyzing sales reports and identifying improvement opportunities; * Plan required purchases and production to ensure sufficient stock levels to meet demand; * Stay\-updated on the latest trends in the fashion industry by attending trade fairs, events, and conducting ongoing research; * Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in the company’s fashion strategy; * Analyze product performance data and sales trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making; * Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency in fashion planning processes; * Monitor and analyze competitor performance and conduct regular benchmarking. Requirements: * Academic degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Fashion Planning Analyst, preferably within fashion or retail companies; * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights; * Excellent numerical and spreadsheet skills, especially in Excel; * Proactive, autonomous profile with a results-oriented mindset.
