Plan, develop, and manage industrial projects focused on expansion, modernization, and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring technical efficiency, economic viability, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. * Plan and oversee the planning and execution of expansion and industrial improvement projects, from feasibility studies to final delivery; * Develop mechanical and factory infrastructure projects, considering layout, production flows, and installed capacity; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, ensuring delivery timelines, costs, and quality; * Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of projects, preparing budgets, schedules, and progress reports; * Support the definition of scope, technical specifications, and procurement of engineering services, construction, and equipment; * Ensure projects comply with technical standards, environmental regulations, and occupational safety requirements; * Participate in commissioning, testing, and validation of new industrial systems and equipment; * Promote standardization and continuous improvement in project management processes.
