Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
* NR-10;
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
* Supplier/Third-party management;
* Cost control and budgeting management;
* Standards and procedures;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B);
* Willingness to travel frequently.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of market legislation and experience in the LPG sector;
* NR-16 - Hazardous Activities;
* Familiarity with SAP system.

* Distribute maintenance tasks among the team, specify parts for potential maintenance, contact product supplier technicians, train and develop employees, and foster environmental awareness and workplace safety culture;
* Lead the maintenance team in complying with technical standards and protocols, with emphasis on Safety, Environment, and Health;
* Instruct maintenance personnel through field instructions, procedures, checklists, and daily follow-ups;
* Support coordinated team operations within their respective responsibilities by actively participating in shift and periodic meetings, identifying topics requiring managerial decisions, and relaying work orders and instructions to Operators;
* Strictly observe all requirements.
