




Job Summary: Laboratory professional responsible for conducting chemical and physical analyses, managing quality processes, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Professional development within an integrated management system **Position: Laboratory Assistant – Quality Control** **Responsibilities:** * Perform chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products; * Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment; * Prepare and manage stock solutions for calibrations and analyses; * Record and interpret test results, ensuring data accuracy and reliability; * Identify and correct deviations from quality standards, maintaining process compliance; * Prepare technical reports and documentation related to performed analyses; * Conduct technical training on products and processes; * Manage solid waste and industrial effluents; * Understand, apply, and maintain the Integrated Management System through daily activities and responsibilities; * Follow environmental procedures and legislation regarding waste generation and disposal related to job activities; * Be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts associated with job activities and act to prevent, neutralize, or minimize such effects within one’s scope of responsibility. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior laboratory experience, preferably in the chemical industry; * Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and laboratory instruments (e.g., pH meter, refractometer); * Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail; * Teamwork skills and strong communication ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Higher education degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing); * Experience in Quality Control within chemical industries; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards and Good Laboratory Practices; * Driver’s license category B. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Education assistance; * GymPass/Wellhub; * Bondmann Home Kit.
