Focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement **SOURTEC** is seeking a **Laboratory Technician** to perform laboratory activities in the fields of **physicochemical and electrochemical analysis**, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with technical standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Perform and control physicochemical analyses according to established methods; * Prepare solutions and reagents; * Operate and support electrochemical tests (potentiostat, multiplexer); * Monitor laboratory environmental conditions; * Manage reagent inventory and technical records; * Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives; * Comply with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHSE) regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; * Prior laboratory experience preferred **(physicochemical analyses, equipment calibration, technical recordkeeping)**; * Familiarity with equipment such as **balances, spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and potentiostats**; * English reading and writing skills preferred; * Location: **Viamão/RS** (residence nearby required). **What We Offer:** * Dynamic and collaborative environment with room for innovation; * Participation in high-visibility projects in Oil, Gas and Energy; * Salary **R$ 2.800 to R$ 3.200** (based on experience and qualifications). **Our Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher worth R$ 737.00 per month * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Gympass) * Unimed health and dental insurance * Life insurance We seek organized professionals committed to quality and safety, who wish to contribute to the reliability of our testing and the satisfaction of our clients.
