Join our network too! **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver technical or behavioral training sessions (in-person or remote), using pre-defined materials, content, and approved methodologies; * Perform quality monitoring based on established scripts, criteria, and instruments; * Record training, evaluation, and monitoring evidence in official systems or spreadsheets; * Manage schedules, attendance lists, basic controls, and reports; * Conduct audits to address challenges raised by external departments regarding previously performed monitoring activities; * Develop initiatives and/or campaigns, and create/update various contents to support operational knowledge; * Analyze quality metrics and propose process and routine improvements for operational areas to enhance quality indicators; * Develop initiatives and/or campaigns, and various contents to support operational knowledge; * Consolidate operational training and quality data for leadership analysis; * Comply with internal standards, quality policies, compliance requirements, and confidentiality obligations; * Support operational leaders by providing structured feedback to operators; * Ensure proper collection, organization, and traceability of evidence required for internal and external audits; * Support projects related to performance, quality, and capability development.
