We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for executing service orders related to installation and repair of telephone lines, ADSL services, maintenance of TUPs, and TV (metallic network and fiber optic), applying technical procedures and operator-specific guidelines within the assigned operational region. Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service requests from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber and trunk lines, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and necessary testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro IT Repairs, aiming to diagnose, correct issues, or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when required; Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Knowledge of installation and repair; valid Brazilian driver’s license category B.
