It offers resources, information, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and growing businesses. **Responsibilities:** Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients. Maintaining and replacing computer, notebook, and server hardware. Installing and configuring software (Microsoft, AutoDesk, etc.). Formatting and reinstalling operating systems (Windows / Linux / Windows Server). Configuring network and USB printers. Administering users and groups in Active Directory. Managing users and e\-mails in Office 365\. Supporting and configuring TCP/IP networks, routers, and network equipment. Managing VPNs and firewalls (Fortigate and pfSense). Reviewing backup logs and resolving incidents. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical Support Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Completed technical qualification required.
