Technical support and Active Directory administration **Systems Analyst** **Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive Systems Analyst with strong learning ability and a hands-on profile to work on development, API integration, and technical support. You will work with databases, REST APIs, Java/Android applications, and basic network infrastructure tasks. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain integrations via **REST / RESTful APIs**. * Create, review, and optimize queries and objects in **Oracle** and **SQL Server** (queries, procedures, views). * Develop/adjust applications in **Java** and **Android Studio**. * Provide **basic technical support** to users (installation, troubleshooting, configuration). * Administer users and permissions via **Active Directory**. * Perform minor infrastructure tasks: crimping **RJ45** cables, cable routing, and structured cabling. * Apply **best programming practices** (clean code, version control, basic testing). * Document solutions and conduct integration testing. **Mandatory Requirements** * Practical experience with **Oracle** and **SQL Server** (SQL, basic tuning, procedures). * Knowledge of **REST / RESTful APIs** (concepts, authentication, consumption, and exposure). * Knowledge of **Java**; experience with **Android Studio** is desirable. * Experience with **Active Directory** and basic user support. * **Proactive**, organized profile with ease in learning new technologies. * Basic networking and cabling knowledge (RJ45 crimping, cable routing). **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, basic routing). * Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD, and agile methodologies. * Familiarity with API and database security best practices. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear communication and professional demeanor when supporting users. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team. * Logical reasoning and attention to detail. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering**, or related fields — or equivalent proven experience.
