




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Analyst focused on technical support, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of critical systems, requiring a systemic perspective and strong analytical capability. We are looking for a **Support Analyst** to maintain the business’s critical systems, with a focus on technical support, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of the production environment. The candidate will be responsible for ticket triage (from 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM), demand prioritization, change support, and ensuring system stability, performance, and operational compliance. We seek someone with a systemic perspective, strong analytical ability, and a sense of priority. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Investigate and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents; * Perform database analysis (Oracle, SQL Server or similar) for diagnostics and data validation; * Analyze application logs, integrations, APIs, and batch processes; * Support and validate change executions (scripts, pipelines, configurations); * Interact with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams; * Propose improvements to monitoring, observability, and recurrence prevention; * Support the preparation of technical reports and incident records.Server and MySQL; * Create documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience supporting critical corporate systems; * Solid knowledge of SQL and database analysis; * Experience troubleshooting integrations and REST APIs; * Experience managing and triaging tickets (ITSM, Service Desk or similar); * Experience in Linux environments and service analysis; * Clear communication and collaboration across multiple teams; * Analytical capability and prioritization sense in critical environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in financial or regulated environments. * Knowledge of messaging systems (MQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ), containers, or monitoring tools such as Zabbix/Grafana. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance (R$ 2\.097,79 total) * Unimed Unimax Health Plan, with optional dependent coverage; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy network agreement; * Childcare allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Ticket Plus Card. **In addition to these benefits, we also offer:** * An on-site micro-market; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * 13th-month bonus.
