




**SUPPORT ANALYST (N1 OR N2\)** **Job Description:** Provide technical support to customers using the Omnichannel Software; solve network infrastructure issues; diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents; external customer visits when necessary. **Requirements:** Experience in the role as N1 or N2 support\. Intermediate knowledge in IP Telephony, especially with Asterisk: Sip Trunk configuration, Vox, etc. Linux or networking – intermediate level.
