Job Summary: Professional to perform internal audit activities, including planning and executing audit routines, identifying risks, proposing corrective actions, and evaluating internal controls. Identify risks and inconsistencies, proposing corrective actions **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the development of the Annual Audit Plan and Internal Audit Program. * Plan and execute audit routines across all institutional areas, ensuring appropriate risk management implementation, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Identify risks and inconsistencies, proposing corrective actions for their mitigation. * Support audited areas in developing and implementing action plans. * Maintain up-to-date internal audit standards, policies, workflows, and process controls. * Record and organize evidence supporting findings, conclusions, recommendations, and information related to audit processes. * Conduct follow-up on corrective actions and action plans arising from Internal and/or External Audit reports. * Evaluate the institution's internal control framework and propose improvements or adjustments as needed. * Perform analyses of administrative and/or accounting routines of CELs, verifying adherence to best practices and identifying potential inconsistencies, either on a targeted or sampling basis. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, as well as accounting, tax, and labor legislation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
