




**Job Objective:** Strategically develop and execute endomarketing initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, increase employee engagement and satisfaction, and optimize the work environment—aligning all initiatives with the company’s goals and values. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement internal communication campaigns and employee engagement programs (events, commemorative dates, recognition); * Create and manage content for various channels (newsletters, bulletin boards, internal social media, and other channels); * Produce visual and textual materials (graphic design, presentations) for campaigns and events; * Support corporate event management—from planning through execution; * Research and propose new communication tools and formats to enhance interactivity and engagement; * Manage suppliers and budgets for material production. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Internal Communication and/or Endomarketing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva * Basic copywriting skills * Critical eye for visual materials * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising & Propaganda, or related fields * HR experience is considered a plus **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT * Meal Allowance, Food Allowance, and Mobility Benefit via Flash Card — Visa brand * Remote Work Assistance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * TotalPass
