Instructional Design (a plus). * Professional Experience: Prior experience in the Financial Market or Corporate Education is desirable but not mandatory. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Ensure technical excellence among consultants executing the Customer Journey, contributing to the quality of investment strategy *pitches*, and reducing client attrition from CDV strategies. * Directly engage in team development and training—participating in Q\&As, correcting *pitches* within the Planner Formation Pathway (PFP), and designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of study exercises, dynamics, and new training models. * Organize, update, and maintain essential operational documentation and support materials (e.g., the Advisor Bible, *playbooks*, and guides), and coordinate the scheduling of training sessions. * Rapidly diagnose technical and behavioral gaps within the team to design high-impact training initiatives, and interpret performance metrics and KPIs to recommend operational adjustments.
