Job Summary: The professional will work on compliance and integrity matters, monitoring reports, supporting the dissemination of related culture, drafting documents, and assisting in risk management. In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Monitor and investigate reports received through the Institution’s Compliance and Integrity Program communication channel. Support the dissemination of compliance and integrity culture by developing training materials and communication resources for the Institution. Support the drafting and review of institutional documents and regulations, including mapping and updating compliance processes. Perform information collection, analysis, and organization activities related to the Compliance and Integrity Program, supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators. Provide support, as needed, to other teams within the area, with special attention to Risk Management processes. **Requirements** -------------- As Maristas, we seek individuals who believe in the transformative power of education. Additionally, the requirements for this position are: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related fields; Master’s degree in Administration, Law, Human Resources Management, or Quality is desirable. * Knowledge in Compliance and Integrity; * Experience with integrity, ethics, and compliance programs; * Familiarity with regulations applicable to Educational Institutions and/or Healthcare organizations; * Experience with reporting channels and third-party due diligence is desirable; * Adaptability and willingness to learn; * Strong oral and written communication skills.
