Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to perform building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing repairs, as well as basic IT support. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values organization and responsibility We are hiring a professional for the building maintenance area. **Requirements:** * Experience or basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs * Basic understanding of IT (simple computer and printer configuration, networking, or basic support) * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity On-site work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
