With a collaborative and results-driven culture, the group values professionals who seek growth, learning, and challenges in a dynamic environment, where each project directly contributes to strengthening a solid and recognized market brand. **Responsibilities** * Reconciliation of various asset accounts; * Expense allocation; * Importing and verifying payroll; * Monitoring and recording factory bonuses; * Recording asset movements and verifying depreciation; * Active control of various advances; * Verification of ICMS; * Control and closing of factory current account; * Recording factory incentives; * Control and recording of floor plan; * Recording and control of various provisions; * Submission of FACTS and DEF reports to manufacturers; * Calculation of LALUR; * Generation and submission of trial balances to management and board; * Filing of ECD and ECF; * Operational and strategic vision of the business, contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Practical experience in full accounting routines, especially asset reconciliations, provisions, entries, and result calculations; * ERP system implementation experience is desirable (Linx experience will be considered a differentiator); * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Novo Hamburgo/RS (3 days onsite and 2 days remote).
