Support in Human Resources Department routines An Educational and Social Assistance Institution is seeking an Accountant Analyst in Dois Irmãos (Center). The ICM Network of Education and Social Assistance promotes education and social support. Its focus is to provide services and programs that benefit communities and individuals facing vulnerability. **Responsibilities:** Record and control accounting transactions. Perform accounting reconciliations and verifications. Analyze account balance composition and accounting reports. Contribute to organizing and monitoring administrative and accounting processes. Support Human Resources Department routines: time tracking, payroll processing, employee onboarding, terminations, and benefits administration. Position based in Dois Irmãos / RS. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Financial Planning Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
