Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Profile We Seek:** * Communication is everything: You must be able to translate "tech jargon" (technical terms) into simple, welcoming language. * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT (Systems Analysis, Networking, etc.), Pedagogy, Teaching Licenses, or completed technical training in IT. * Digital Skills: Proficiency with Windows, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Empathy: Understanding the challenges faced by people unfamiliar with computers. **About the Challenge:** We are looking for a dynamic professional who is, above all, communicative, to work on a large-scale social impact project in Rio Grande do Sul. Your mission will be to modernize education through technology by deploying virtual computers in schools across the region. We are not just looking for someone who "pushes buttons", but rather someone capable of engaging in dialogue with principals, teachers, and students—ensuring technology is well received and effectively utilized. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * System Activation: Perform first access, user configuration, and validation of virtual environments (VDI/Cloud) in pre-established computer labs. * Certification: Test whether educational software and internet connectivity function properly within the virtual machine. * Onboarding (Welcome): Receive teachers and principals in the lab, introduce the new technology, and "break the ice" by demonstrating how easy the system is to use. * Assisted Support: Accompany the first real usage of computers by a class or group of teachers, answering questions on the spot. * Reporting: Complete visit records. **Education:** Completed, ongoing, or incomplete undergraduate degree **Work Schedule:** * **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday * **Work Model**: On-site in Porto Alegre - RS; however, availability to work also in Canoas and the metropolitan region is required, according to project needs in schools located in these areas (Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul, São Leopoldo, Novo Hamburgo, Alvorada, Viamão, Gravataí, Cachoeirinha, Guaíba). * **Project Duration**: 3 to 5 months (may be extended depending on project progress)**** **NOTE:** Hey!
