Performs maintenance on masonry and ceilings Description: We are looking for a talent to join our Maintenance team in Porto Alegre, with the mission of executing maintenance tasks and facilities-related activities at the unit under their responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties The Maintenance Technician I has the following responsibilities: * Performs corrective and preventive electrical maintenance (wiring, light bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, electrical panels). * Performs corrective and preventive hydraulic maintenance (showers, faucets, traps, toilets, sinks, hydraulic pumps). * Assesses the need to replace electrical and hydraulic components and conducts functionality tests. * Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on masonry and ceilings (skim coat, plaster, and painting). * Executes procedures outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP). Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability; * NR10, NR35, and SEP certifications. 2512030202191678958
